Cancellation Policy

FLIGHT TIME The flight time may vary, depending on the flight conditions, but the pre-defined ROUTES in the reservation will be followed. The flight time starts when the aircraft engines start up until it comes to a complete stop. EMPTY SEATS: All our flights are EXCLUSIVE and PRIVATE, we do not sell shared flights. ONLINE RESERVATIONS: When booking online, a processing fee of BRL 50.00 is charged. The remaining balance will be charged upon check-in. CHECK IN: Presentation at the reservation site at least 30 minutes before departure for checking and procedures. BABY Children until 02 years no charge. WEIGHT AND BALANCE: For safety reasons, do not exceed 120 kg per seat or 250 kg per total passengers. PAYMENT METHODS: Promotional price on Cash Credit Card 5% plus* METEOROLOGICAL CONDITIONS: Our services are subject to interruption at any time without prior notice due to safe flight conditions. In adverse weather conditions, our services will be CANCELED and the amount paid will be fully refunded. Due to technical conditions, we do not fly in the rain. The reservation will be confirmed as soon as payment is confirmed. . Cancellation or change of dates and times will be subject to availability as per conditions. •Notice of cancellation more than 24 hours before check-in, refund of 100% of the amount paid, or 100% of the amount paid to be used on another date within a period of 01 month. •Cancellation notice with less than 24 hours or no-show* (non-attendance on the day), there will be no refunds and no credit. *No-show is a withdrawal without cancellation, that is, when the customer does not show up on the date and time reserved. •Changes due to adverse weather conditions, the reservation will be refunded or rescheduled, free of charge, on another available date. •As our tariff may change, the 100% credit is for the amount paid and not for the reserved service.
